The softball team will strive to compete at the
highest level of championship play.

2014-2015 roster is subject to change if you fail
to maintain the standards of the College,
Athletic Department and Softball Program.

2015 Season Preview

Day to Day procedures


Fall Practice Attire:
All Practices: black pants, green belt, green socks, designated shirt
Monday/Wednesday/FridayWEIGHTS
Green G claw shorts/Black Shirt/ any tennis shoes

Tuesday/Thursdayconditioning
Any plain black shorts/Gray shirt/ turfs/cleatsno tennis shoes for safety
purposes

Thursdaypool
Must be able to do water aerobics in swim suit; prefer no beach attire, TOWEL

Accessories:
Black or white headbands and arm bands
GGC color bows, no random colors

Small earrings only in ear lobes; remove all other facial jewelry per NAIA
rules. Necklaces must be kept under shirts at all times.
Shirts must be tucked in at all softball events.

Every practice/weight session/game starts with our warm up:
2 laps around the field
Seniors will lead rope stretchingcounts of 8
Seniors will lead 4 lines of movement prep
Rope Stretch in a circle

Athletic training room is not an excuse to be
late for practices
Make sure James Williams has your most up
to date information for insurance
Failure to comply could result in your financial
stress

Do proper rehab protocol according to James


and Shira

Phone Calls/ Text Messages
Only call/text the Coach with an emergency
after 10:00pm
If either coach call/text you after 10:00pm it is
important so call us back!
Respond to ALL text messages from a Coach
It can be as simple as Ok
