With broader classification of Ministry of Urban Development though concept
note, i would like study Selection of cities in region and will look for the
indicators (Urban Growth, Land availability etc.).
2. Externalities (positive and negative) accompanied with smart cities.
3. How instrumentation will help to make cities smart

Best practices of land management and its application in various part of country
(or state) which can be adopted for smart city development.

1. Financing mechanism for different smart cities (Satellite towns, Coastal cities,
Tourism based cities etc.)

generation (Smart city concept)
Thought-4
Understanding smart city ecosystem, assessing the data needs for day to day
planning. Creating different scenario based on data. Assessing how citizens can
be internalised in this system so that ultimate aim of smart cities Quality of life
Can be achieved.
