OVERALL OBJECTIVES OF THE 8 GRADE

Listening:
Students will be encouraged to understand short narrative which includes familiar language in unfamiliar contexts. Theyll be able to
identify our note the gist and specific details needing a little repetition.

Speaking:
Students will develop counversations that include past / present / future actions and event. They begin to improvise and memorize.
The languagespoken by students is of a normal speed with some interferences and hestitation which they make themselves understood
with some difficulty.

Reading:
Students will show understandings to arrange texts containing views and opinions expressed in familiar contexts. Theyll be helped to
choose reading materials and be able to read.

Writing:
Students will try to produce a short piece of writing composition and dialogues linking of sentences and structuring ideas to ask and to
give information.
