Sir/ Madam,
With reference to your application, you are requested to appear before the Selection Committee for
personal discussions and interview on the date & time stated above at CSIR-Human Resource Development
Group, CSIR Complex, Pusa, New Delhi 110 012.
The SC/ST candidates called for interview will be paid single second class rail/bus fare to and fro by the
shortest route from the station mentioned in the address for correspondence given in the online application form
(within India) or the place from where you undertake the journey, whichever is nearer to place of interview, will
be admissible on production of valid documentary proof. The rail/bus fare will be payable only if the documents
are found to be in order. Please ensure to furnish, at the time of interview, the TA form (available on our website
www.csirhrdg.res.in ) duly signed so as to unable this office to admit you TA claim, which will be paid in cash
after 2.00 PM on the date of the interview.

You must bring with you the following documents:

All original Certificates (degree and marksheet), in support of age, caste and Educational qualifications,
PhD registration/submission proofs, copies of which have been appended to the application.
Original reprints of each paper published and up-to-date list of the published papers. If original reprint (s)
is not available, the journal may be brought.
Manuscript of the paper(s) not published along with the letter(s) of acceptance of the paper.

In case you are employed, whether on contract or regular basis and if your application has not been forwarded
through proper channel, you will not be eligible for interview and traveling expenses, unless a no objection
Certificate is produced from the present employer. You can also give interview in Hindi, if you so desire. You
will not be allowed to appear for the interview if you do not bring documents
