Progress Report #2

Progress Report Narrative


Introduction
This report covers the period of October 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. This project involves the
construction of a barrier-free permanent restroom that includes two flush toilets, wash basins, janitor
closet, new landscaping, landscaping to screen the building, a green roof, a drinking fountain and the
design and installation of an interpretative sign on the Coastal Trail.

Summary of Work Completed To Date


The restroom was open to the public on December 11, 2014. The Citys Planning Commission approved
a landscape plan on December 10, 2014 and the City is currently receiving bids from contractors for the
landscaping. The work is anticipated to be complete in January 2015. The language for the interpretive
panel and Coastal Conservancy
acknowledgement signage is
being developed with installation
by the end of January 2015.
