Introduction to ADA CELLWORKS

ADA CELLWORKS (ADA) was formed in August 2001 through the merger of
three established wireless engineering companies: AALISHAN Inc., a Virginia (USA)
Corporation ("Aalishan"), ("DERGO Sdn Bhd, a Malaysian Corporation ("Dergo"),
and ADVANCED CELLULAR SERVICES Sdn. Bhd., a Malaysian corporation
(“ACS"). ADA Cellworks conducts more than 90% of its business in Radio Network
Planning and Optimization and has earned the trust of Customers for its quality work,
dedication, reliability, and delivery on large-scale network planning and optimization
projects. We continue to work at the highest level of accomplishment in the wireless
industry.

The company is recognized for its ability to undertake task based projects
requiring delivery of tangible results in the form either cell site production or network
quality improvement and has consistently met or exceeded Key Performance Indicators
(KPI).

To ensure high quality of service in fast developing networks requires periodic


and continuous optimization. Network optimization enhances network quality, which
then enables it to achieve marketing advantage over competitor and improve subscriber
retention.
