LETTER OF RESIGNATION
This is my formal notification that I am resigning from xxxxx as xxxxxEngineer. 8th February 2015
will be my last day of employment.
This was not an easy decision to make. I am grateful for the rewarding employment Ive had with
xxxxxx. After much consideration, though, I have decided to advance my career with another
company. I have enjoyed working with you and appreciate the opportunities I have been given here
and your professional guidance and support. I wish you and the company success in the future.
I will do my best to hand off my current projects prior to 8th February 2015. Please let me know if
