Results for Announcement to the Market

Year Ended 30 June 2007
In the Integrated Legal Holdings Limited (ASX: IAW) (Integrated) Prospectus dated 16
May 2007 the unaudited management accounts were provided for the 12 months ended
30 June 2006 and for the six months ended 31 December 2006 for the following entities:

Talbot Olivier,
Brett Davies Lawyers, and
Law Central Co. Pty Ltd.

For completeness, Integrated releases the unaudited results for the remainder of the
financial year to 30 June 2007. These profits do not form part of Integrated's accounts as
the businesses were acquired after 30 June 2007.
The information has been prepared by aggregating the unaudited management accounts
as provided by those businesses. No adjustment has been made for additional costs
and/or potential savings based on any synergies arising from the businesses joining
Integrated. The information provided is in summary form only and the Directors do not
warrant that historical performance will be repeated in the future.
