PRE-MARKET ALERT REPORT JANUARY 20, 2015

JNJ (Johnson & Johnson) Although revenues came in below analyst estimates, per-share
earnings edged out consensus to deliver a positive fourth-quarter performance report this
morning for Johnson & Johnson. The pharmaceutical firm also raised its forecast for 2015 sales,
anticipating growth in new treatment lines to overcome foreign currency effects and a recent
slowdown in its medical devices business. The results generated predominantly positive
sentiment and created a bullish iSENSE alert at 8:12AM. After rallying initially in pre-market
trading, JNJ is trading down over 1% from its close yesterday.

MS (Morgan Stanley) - Morgan Stanley reported its fourth-quarter performance results this
morning, recording a sizable drop in revenues from its fixed income, currencies and
commodities businesses due to market volatility at the end of 2014. The sentiment reaction on
Twitter was mixed in early hours trading, with first bullish then bearish iSENSE alerts generated.
MS is down close to 3% in the pre-market.

DAL (Delta Air Lines, Inc.) - Delta Air Lines beat market estimates in both earnings and revenues
for its fourth-quarter results announced this morning. With lower fuel driving demand for
domestic air travel but with flight prices staying relatively firm, airlines across the industry were
set up for strong anticipated performance through the end of 2014. Todays Delta
announcement generated overwhelming positive sentiment and produced a bullish iSENSE alert
at 8:00AM. DAL is up over 2% before market open.

BHI (Baker Hughes Incorporated) - Baker Hughes reported strong growth in its fourth-quarter
results this morning, with both earnings and revenues coming in ahead of market estimates.
The oilfield services company had expected weaker demand through the end of 2014 in light of
weak energy prices, and although estimates did not hold Baker Hughes reiterated its caution for
the 2015 outlook. This mornings announcement generated mixed sentiment overall, although
a burst of positive tweets generated a bullish iSENSE alert at 8:20AM. BHI is roughly flat in premarket trading.
