    Venerable Sir,
    It is stated that GHS Sutlej has been serving the people of Okara in the field of
    education since 1953. The building is quite old. It has a big hall where at least
    more than 200 students can arrange their educational activities. It is brought to
    your kind notice that its Hallway Ceiling has stripped off its plaster and the rusted
    iron bars can be seen clearly , which is very dangerous. If Hallway Ceiling falls
    down, it will give irreparable loss.
    We kindly request you to take immediate measures e.g Repair/Construct the
    Hallway of the school to avoid any further mishap due to this dangerous building.
