I.Executive Summary
Me Mums Brownies is a very friendly and homely stand
located in Rise Kohyang Middle School. We will be selling
Christmas themed brownies. Our target customers are the
students, teachers, and staff of RKMS. They will be able to
enjoy their brownies during lunch, and will want to come for
more chocolate delight!
Our company goal is to make $100 by the end of the week
before Christmas.
Our mission is to satisfy customers with a fair price and
delicious brownies.

II.General Company Description

Me Mums Brownies is in the Dessert Business. We will be
selling brownies to the students and staff of RKMS. We have
experience selling and interacting with customers. We think this
gives us an extra advantage over the rest of the competition.

III.Products and Services

Our company, Me Mums Brownies, offers brownies to all
of the students and faculty of RKMS. We will have prepackaged bags of 12 brownies each. Our customers will enjoy
our classic, M&Ms, or extra chocolate brownies during their
lunch break.
Our brownies will be sold for $1.25 each. Both the M&Ms
and extra chocolate brownies will sell for $1.50 each. Our big
bag will sell for $12 each, and contains a total of 12 randomly
selected brownies. Our company will also have a tip box for
those who feel generous enough to appreciate our hard work and
like our brownies.
An advantage that we have is that Me Mums Brownies
offers a variety of brownies. Another advantage is that we are
the only company in the Dessert Business that will sell
brownies. We all have experience selling things and interacting
with our customers.

IV.Market Plan
At Me Mums Brownies, each of the four employees has an
equal amount of equity. We each have a 25% equity of the
company. Our targeted customers are the students and staff of
RKMS. Although we are the only ones that will be selling
brownies, our only competition is the other dessert companies,
including Santas Cane and Don-Appetite. We hope to make at
least $20 every day for five days, reaching a grand total of $100.

V.Operational Plan
We will be open daily starting December 15, 2014. We will
be located in room 236 at the RKMS campus. Our hours will be
from 12:34 to 1:04 pm. All of our brownies will be donated by
the workers. This way, we gain more profit and reach our goal
faster. We have a total of four employees, one manager, one comanager, and two treasurers.

VI.Management and Operation

For every lunch, we will have two employees working at a
time. One will be handling our product and another will deal
with the money. All of our employees have experience with
selling and have developed marketing techniques along the way.
Alex Mendez, the manager of the company will be working
every first shift with Jesus Moreno, one of the treasurers. John
Ibanez, the co-manager of the company, will be working the
second shift with Lorena De Leon, the second treasurer of the
company.

VII.Financial Plan
Our prediction is that we will earn around $20 the first day
of our sales. The second day we predict we will earn about $35.
On the rest of the days, we predict that we will earn about $25
each day. Our grand total will be about $120 by the end of the
week. We hope that our profit will turn out to be more than we
expect.
