Pope Visits Philippines

Pope Francis will visit the Philippines from January 15- 19, 2015 to visit the
survivors in Visayas.
On January 15, Pope will immediately head to Tacloban, Leyte to see and
have a mass in Tacloban for the survivors of typhoon.
Only 2,000 bishops, priests, and religious individuals are allowed to attend
the Papal Mass at the Manila Cathedral on January 16, 2015, the second day of
Pope Francis' visit in the Philippines.
This will mark the first time in 3 decades only the second time ever for a
pope to go beyond the Philippines' capital, Manila, as the first Latin American
pontiff vows to reach out to the world's peripheries.
