Equity Derivatives Proposal and Questionnaire on Expiry Date Policy

ASX Participants and ETO users are advised that ASX is proposing to bring into line the Single Stock ETO expiry date
with the Index (XJO) ETO expiry date.
This change has been requested by a number of participants and informal market soundings made by ASX to date have
been supportive of such a change. This change in policy would also align ASX with international approaches whereby
single stock and index expiry dates occur on the same day.
ASX is seeking comments on the attached proposal and has raised some questions for consideration.

ASX Participants and ETO users can obtain a copy of the Equity Derivatives (Options and Futures) Proposal and
Questionnaire Expiry Date Policy here.

Respondents will have until COB Friday 13 June 2014 in which to submit answers and comments.
