Income and Disability Assistance: MySelfServe How-To Guide

How to create an account that will allow you to submit your monthly reports and
access your income assistance information using the Ministry of Social Developments
new website: myselfserve.gov.bc.ca

1. Go to: www.bceid.ca in your web browser. You can use a MAC, PC, or your phone
for this process.
2. Create a Basic BCeID by following the on-screen instructions.
3. Then, go to: myselfserve.gov.bc.ca. This is accessible on your MAC, PC, or your
phone.
4. Log-in using the information you created previously.
5. Complete your profile
6. Go to the income assistance office to complete your profile

In future when submitting monthly reports, accessing information about your

income assistance, or receiving messages from the ministry, go to
myselfserve.gov.bc.ca and use your BCeID to access your account.
