Sirs/Madams:
I wish to inform that during the scheduled Final conciliation Conference
November 10, 2014 at the DOLE Provincial Office, Bulanao Tabuk City, the
Cooperative failed to send a representative.
During my appearance in the said conference, the DOLE Officers in the
presence of
Mr. Alexander Gomabol and Mr. Amper Barcellano decided to let me choose
from the options of 1.) To accept the decision of 5 months or 2.) To elevate
the case to the
National Labor Relations Commission ( NLRC ) for appropriate action.
After due personal evaluation of the case, I have decided to accept the first
option which I believe in mutually beneficial to the undersigned and the
cooperative.
Attached is a photo copy of the minutes of November 10, 2014 final
conciliation conference for your information and reference.
