WANTED
The Behavioral Health Planning Council (BHPC) has announced
March 11th 2015 as Behavioral Health Day at the Legislature
We are looking for one Star per Local Collaborative (LC) or an individual program
to help us celebrate and acknowledge them for all of their hard work and dedication
to Behavioral Health Initiatives within your area.
Stars MUST BE CHOSEN BY THE LC IN THEIR AREA
AND EACH STAR WILL RECEIVE:

Dinner on Tuesday evening, March 10th

1 overnight accommodation at the Garrets Desert Inn
Flat mileage reimbursement
$50 stipend
A certificate signed by the Governor
Special Presentation at the Capitol, on Behavioral Health Day, in the Senate
Chambers
Stars may be consumers, family members or a *local group that has made a
difference in their community in behavioral health issues.
The deadline to submit nominations is February 20 th, 2015
*Only one person will be given the accommodations for a group Star.
