Note that both Excels have the same features in plotting

the graph except plotting the errorbars. There is a bug in

Excel 2010.
In Excel 2010, it will show horizontal and vertical errorbars
even though you have selected the vertical errorbars in
the setting.
To rectify your errorbars in the graph, zoom in the graph such
that you use your mouse to click on one of the horizontal
errorbars.
Make sure that click highlights all the horizontal errorbars
and then press Delete button.
Now, you should have your graph with best fitted line and
vertical errorbars.
