My name is Ely Grace S. Aguinaldo, I recently had the privilege of being considered for an
interview/assessment for a promotion with your fine organization for the _______________ position this
coming January 28th of the present year.
I regret to inform you that I will not be able to attend said assessment on the specified date for the reason
that I have just delivered my first-born last January 20 th. As much as I am very interested, the constraint of
my sensitive medical condition after labor hinders my ability to pursue my application.
I was informed that no applications would be considered for failure to be assessed. I seek your kind
indulgence to reconsider me, and in lieu of this, if you may allow that my previous assessment with my
first position be utilize for the evaluation.
