INTRODUCTION
- HIV Epidemic in Vietnam is fuelled by the IDUs, then FSW
- At present (2009) the prevalence is just under 20% among IDUs
- But, high variability exists from 0 to 65% in selected provinces
- Also, some province with rising rate (>20%) among IDU & FSW
