WP-111: Observed and monitored the complete overhauling of vertical submersible waste

water pump WP-111.

QK-111-F: Observed the replacement of cooling tower fan gearbox of cell F.
QK-111-E: Observed the replacement of cooling tower fan gearbox of cell E.
QK-111-I: Monitored the preventive maintenance of Cell I gearbox.
QK-111-H: Monitored the gasket replacement and preventive maintenance of Cell H gearbox.
Gearbox Overhaul: Monitored the complete overhaul of cooling tower fan gearbox.
QU-111-B: Monitored the complete replacement and overhaul of QU-111-B gearbox (S-1800).
General Area Jobs: Monitored and observed different general area preventive maintenance and

replacement jobs.
Alignment: Observed different alignment jobs on gearboxes.
Work Permit Procedures: Study of work permits, its types and procedures.
API: Study of APIs of Centrifugal pumps, Centrifugal compressors and Valves.
SAP: Overview of SAP software and study of some of its T-codes.
Bearings and Seals: Study of different bearing and oil seal types.
Checklists: Study of different check lists of maintenance of machinery.
Management: Learning and improving management and man power handling skills.
