SUBJECT 7: Error Code Search Engine for Troubleshooting <TSS>.

How to link to TSS <Troubleshooting Support System> for searching failure instances.
1) Choose Event History and chick Choose button.

2) The past error situation is

searched when you click "Search".

3) The error code for which you want

to search is clicked.
4) After you click <Error Code> in the history and you log on to SMAP, two screens appear. One is
the code searched result, another is the full text searched result.
Note: To set access environment of SMAP, See VHMS/WebCARE NEWS VWN06-06.

When you jump to TSS from WebCARE, TSS takes machine data
such as model-type and Error code from WebCARE, and
searching engine retrieves past instances by that data.
