    READ-A-THON READING LOG 2015 A child who reads will be an adult who thinks. Please encourage your child to participate as much as possible by tracking and signing off on their daily totals. All children who hand in a log sheet with at least 15 minutes of reading signed by an adult by Mon. February 2nd will be entered to win prizes! There are also prizes to be awarded to the students who read the most and a collective reading goal! TOTAL Reading Minutes: _____ x Pledge Amount per 15 Minutes ____ = GRAND TOTAL Pledge $: _____ 2. Sponsor any amount for your child and encourage friends and family to support as well. Name Amount Grand Total: *All money raised will be donated to our library for new books and resources. This year we have also pledged to donate 10% of our proceeds to help another deserving school library.
