How It works

Found in lots of
places
More energy is
produced
No Pollution
Only small parts
are needed to
make large
amounts of
energy
Energy is free
No pollution
The sun will
always be there
during our
lifetime.

Fossil Fuels

Fossil fuels are burnt to heat water

which produces high pressure steam
which turns a turbine. Or it is used to
directly move an object (cars).

Nuclear
Power

A loose neutron goes and combines with

a uranium atom which then splits into
barium and krypton which then forms a
chain reaction creating lots of energy.

Solar Power

Electrons coming from the sun replace

the electrons in the solar panel. Those
electrons push all the other electrons
through the circuit moving the energy.

Wind Power

Wind turns and turbine which is then

geared up to move a faster spinning
object which then creates electricity.

Wind is free and

will not run out
No Pollution

The current of the water moves a

turbine which then generates electricity.
Water coming at a great height goes
down a slope which then turns a turbine
attached to a generator.
Water in a higher reservoir goes down to
another reservoir. A turbine is spun
during the process generating electricity.
This is similar to Hydro-Electricity.
The waves move a buoy which is
attached to a rod going underwater.
When it bobs up and down the magnet
creates the electricity.
Water is fed into the mantle where it is
heated to produce steam which then in
turn makes a turbine spin.

Biomass

Waste products are left in a methane

fermentation chamber where methane
gas is produced. This gas is later fed into
a gas engine which then uses it to move.
