(Please write name and date of birth behind
photograph in DD-MMM-YYYY format) using a
non-smudging pen. Please write in BLOCK
CAPITAL letters.
The photographs must be clear, well defined
and taken against a plain light-blue background.
(single tone background only)
Your face must be directly square to the
camera, with a smiling expression. (A display of
teeth would be necessary but not too wide, do
not raise eyebrows)
You must not wear glasses whilst taking the
picture.
Hair must be neat and tidy (ears must be
visible)
Arms and feet to be relaxed in a straight
position. (Arms to be open and relaxed, not
fisted)
Adequate background lightening with no
shadows or blurs.
Photographs must be identical and taken within
the last (3) three months.
Photographs must not be digitally altered in any
way.
Do not lean forward or backwards, ensure that
you stand straight when taking your photograph.
The sample picture to the left depicts the correct
stance; please follow it as much as possible.
If the photographs do not meet the
specifications, you will be required to provide
new photographs before your application can be
processed.
