    Dear Sir,

    I confirm that I have not submitted the Form 16 and 12B of my previous
    employment to Evolve Technologies & Services Private Limited (hereafter called as
    Current Employer). I also understand that my Current Employer will deduct tax based
    on my current salary structure, any earlier payment made by my previous employer will
    not be considered.
    I hereby declare that I will file my Income Tax Return on or before 31 st July 2015
    and it will be my liability and responsibility to club the Form 16 of my previous employer
    and my current employer and pay additional tax/claim refund (if any). My current
    employer wont be responsible for any incremental tax liability.
    After filing Income Tax Returns I will also submit a copy of my Income Tax Return
    to Evolve Technologies & Services Private Limited.
