    May we request for a message of H. E. President Benigno S. Aquino III for the 14 th
    National PESO Congress.
    We will publish the Presidents message on the advertorial supplement of the
    Department of Labor and Employment and the Bureau of Local Employment in a major
    daily broadsheet. For this purpose, may we also request for a copy of the Presidents
    official photo, in JPEG format, to accompany the message.
