Note: We could not get into the usual room at the Woodcroft Community Center. Will check
into whether the combination was changed, and get a refund for this month if necessary.
Meeting was called to order.

There was no meeting in December 2014.

The two landscaping bids from US Lawns and Hornet Landscaping were discussed. The
bids had been circulated by email to the board prior to the meeting.
o Hornet Landscaping was chosen. It submitted the lower bid.
o Jeff acknowledged knowing the owner of Hornet Landscaping.
o It was noted that Chimney Ridge will be Hornet Landscapings first commercial
contract. We will provide a copy of the format for the bid which would be
consistent with the expected format for submitting a commercial bid.

The meeting moved to the executive session.

Meeting was adjourned.
