Follow That Star!

Help the wisemen get their gifts to baby Jesus.

To Prepare:
Print game board onto paper and paste into a file folder or side-by-side
onto a piece of (11x14) piece of construction paper.
Place all syllable cards in a pile, face-down.

To Play: (for 2 players)

Both players choose a manipulative of some kind to be their playing
piece (ideas include pennies, beans, small pieces of candy). Playing pieces
begin on START.
When it is a players turn, he turns over the top syllable card from the
pile, says the word depicted in the picture, and tells how many syllables it
has.
The player then moves his piece that many spaces around the game
board.
The first player to reach the END is the winner!
