About Titanium
Titanium is a kind of intelligent metal. Titanium is hard, as hard as steel. Thats why titanium is
widely used on industry, in the fields as substitute of steel. However, Aluminum are not available
for these special fields because it is too soft.
Titanium is light. Density is 4.51 g/cm3, almost half lighter than steel 7.85 g/cm3 So widely used
on aviation and aerospace industry.
Titanium is corrosion resistant. Actually titanium is almost not corrosive for its whole life. So it
is widely used on surface protection of the instruments, on navigation and petroleum(pipeline)
equipments etc.
Titanium has the function of memory. Titanium-Nickel alloy, you make their products in one
shape in some degree or conditions, whatever how you change their shape, when condition is
back to same, the shape will be changed back to the original.
Titanium is friendly to biological. There are medical titanium(Standard: ASTM F67 for pure
titanium, ASTM F136 for titanium alloy).
As titanium is lighter, more resistant and more beautiful than other materials it is used for
department facade and easy to be formed by architects with comparison by other materials.

Industrial Titanium
Actually, what you want titanium is for industry use. We simply make titanium as
CP(commercial pure) titanium and titanium alloy. Grade 1, 2, 3, 4 are Cp titanium. Gr1 and Gr2
are most widely used.
There are many kinds of titanium alloy. The most popular is Gr5(Ti-6Al-4V), 90% titanium, 6%
Aluminum, and 4% vanadium.
Ti alloy is harder than Cp titanium. Pure titanium is softer than titanium alloy, so it is suitable in
making composite panel.

Thickness: 3 to 16 mm Width: 800 to 1550 mm.
