    Please be informed that effective May 01, 2014, all secondary
    by product contractors will be required to issue post-dated check
    upon pick up of products. The check shall be dated in accordance with
    the approved credit terms.
    Failure to comply shall cause forfeiture of slot without prior
    notice.
