    VOCABULARY ACTIVITIES - PERSONALITY ADJECTIVES

    Controlled activity
    Materials: handouts
    Goal: to practice personality adjectives
    Time: 15 minutes
    Procedure: The students get a copy of the handout (at the end) and they have to solve the
    crossword puzzle. Then, using those words, they have to fill in the blanks.
    Semi-controlled activity - brainstorming
    Materials: picture
    Goal: to practice personality adjectives
    Time: 15 minutes
    Procedure: (group work) students try to find the best word that describes the character in the
    picture. They have to bring arguments to their choice.

    Free activity
    Materials: picture
    Goal: to practice personality adjectives
    Time: 15 minutes
    Procedure: (group work) Students have to write/make up a short funny story in which they imagine
    a situation in which the character in the picture reacted that way.
