Terms of delivery and payment.

A. Payment options.
l. National sendings:
We offer the following options for payment for deliveries in The Netherlands, if unless
otherwise stated in the particular product offer:
1. Advance payment by:
- Banktransfer
- Credit card
- Paypal
2. Direct debit (debit)
3. Cash on delivery

ll. International deliveries:


We offer the following options for payment for deliveries in foreign countries, if unless
otherwise stated in the particular product offer:
1. Advance payment by:
- Banktransfer
- Credit card
- Paypal
B. Delivery
1. Shipping is done by Post NL or UPC depending on order value.
2. We normally send only in the EU. Shipping costs for the given order can be found
in the table below. If you wish to order in another country, please send us an email to (Info.royalhome@gmail.com) and tell us the product with the amount and
the address with the country and the corresponding post code. We will inform you
at short notice, if we can send to the particular country and tell you the possible
shipping costs.

C. Shipping
l. Shipping in The Netherlands:
For Shipping in The Netherlands we generally calculate 4.90 Euro shipping costs per
order.
ll. Shipping in foreign countries:
For shipping in the EU we generally calculate 15.00 Euro shipping costs per order. Starting
with a gross order value of 300 Euro we generally calculate 11.10 Euro. From a gross
order value of 300 Euro we deliver free of freight charges. Please note that further costs
can be incurred, for example customs charges, which are borne by the customer.

D. Delivery times
l. National delivery times:
The term of a package delivery is one hour. on (Saturdays,) Sundays and Holidays there
is no delivery. If an item is not in stock for once or the delivery will be extended, it will be
indicated otherwise on the page.
ll. International delivery times: The term of package delivery is three hours. On
(Saturdays,) Sundays and Holidays there is no delivery. If an Item is not in stock for once
or the delivery will be extended, it will be indicated otherwise on the page.

E. Warranty
l. In case of a product failure or a customer not being satisfied customers have 1 day to
return the faulty product to keep their warranty rights.
The customer must be able to proof that the product has been faulty from the moment
they have unpacked their package.
If this is the case the customer will receive a cheque worth the amount they bought the
product for. This cheque can only be used in the RoyalHome store.
