    Sir
    I have honor to state that I got discharge from service on 31-Jan-2007.My PPO No
    is 08/14/B/10067/2007.My pension Account is in Syndicate Bank and Branch in
    Hakimpet.Account No is 30222030001661,But old Account No before internet banking
    is 21517.After March 2008 no DA has been added to my pension till date inspite of
    complaining many times in Branch Bank but no response and Branch Manager tells me
    no such authorized letter has been receipt to update the DA .and new PPO also has not
    been received till date.

    Therefore I request you to solve my above problem as earliest.
