To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you in reference of Ashley Slaughter. Ms. Ashley has been in my employ as a
Babysitter/Nanny for the past three years. During that time, I have had the pleasure of seeing
her grow from a young mature college student to an exceptional young woman to graduate
with her Degree in Child Care. I believe that she is well qualified and experienced to accept the
challenges of what her feature entails.
I can confirm that she is a woman of great integrity, is extremely dedicated to her loving family
and work. She is particularly detailed oriented and undoubtedly trustworthy.
Shes been a great fit for our family and displayed many undertakings with my son whenever
asked (i.e. overcoming the binky, sippy cups, etc.) as he continues to go and responsibilities
increase; with all stages of childhood development. I have had the utmost confidence in her
judgment and maturity, and have always felt comfortable leaving my child in her care.
