The reason of the cancellation is due to 0% progress of the project itself although its
more than 2 month the offer letter is sign. The construction site didnt show any
progress at all and the Sale and Purchase agreement has not been sign.
With the above reason, I hope i can be waive from the penalty that is stated in the offer
letter.
