Sub-Genre of my trailer

Story Line

The sub-genre that I will be doing is psychological, I will be

following a story where a group of people or a family move to a
new home bit it turns out to be a possessed house. The key
characters in the film is going to be a mum dad a son and a
daughter. During the film there will be different parts where
different characters will go missing in the house, the son who is
11years old will be the main character of the film as he will be
the one that gets possessed into it and he remains as the last
character.

My idea of the film

The film will be based around on a symbol. The symbol will be used
in the whole film, the symbol will have a meaning where once it is
marked on the person it means they will be possessed and have no
way out of it, which will then eventually lead to there death. The
family in the film have no clue about the symbol and why its there
until they find out there son is drawing the symbol on his walls
around the house. (E.g. Like insidious)
This is the symbol I will be using it is used to
represent Death. This is the symbol that will be
marked on the characters as well as around the
house.

Setting of the film

The film will be set in the country side in a large house thats by
its self, there will be a number of trees around of house and one
road. Majority of the film will be set at night and most the scenes
where characters go missing will be when there alone.
