The estimated regression results shows that for Koodiyattom, the WPA to the contribution box is
positively and significantly influenced only by age and rest of the other factors are insignificant.
for all the performances, the factors, frequency of movie visit, movie ticket pricing and pricing of
cable network are not at all significantly influences the WPA to the contribution box for any of
the performances. The factors age, education and profession are significantly influencing the
WPA to contribution box of the performance of Krishnanattom and Kuchipudi where as only age
is influencing the willingness to pay for Koodiyattom performances. The values of R 2 and R 2 is
very low for all the three estimated regressions. The results are reported below.
