This is a paper survey that can be given to the whole class to fill out. This survey is to
assess a students attitude towards writing. It is a Garfield survey and is able to be used
up to middle school grades. This assessment is a formal assessment. This should be able
to be completed in a few minuets.
This is a simple survey using faces, so that younger students can take it as well, and
words. You will pass out the survey and let the students and then hand it in. Later on you
will score the assessment of their attitude towards writing.
