I am submitting my proposal for the structural analysis and design of batten purlins. The
following are scope of works covered by this proposal:
A. Structural Analysis of battens (roofing purlins)
B. Structural Design of batten purlins
(Considering span from 2m to 5m, and roof angle of 0 to 30)
C. Comparison of Batten Purlins and Ordinary C-purlins
(bending capacity and deflection)

It is expected that the design services described herein shall require a total duration of at least
three (3) weeks. The proposed services will commence one (1) day upon issuance of Notice-toProceed and upon receipt of down payment. The following are the necessary documents that will
be submitted after the design has finally completed:
1. Structural analysis and calculation
2. Structural Information (such as bending capacity table)
Terms of Payment:
Upon award of project
Upon Submission of initial drawings
Upon Submission of final drawing and other documents

40% of contract price

30% of contract price
30% of contract price

Any other important document that will support the design shall be provided by the
Client such desire load specification and other documents that could be used as basis for design.
