Overview
The construction and planning began early 2012. Within
the huge 8 hectare complex with mountains, rivers and springs guests
can experience pure nature year around. It is located just 108km west of
the Ulaanbaatar, the capital city. Targeted vacancy rate 48% to meet the
demand of 12410 guests. 40% of the rooms will be dedicated to host
foreign visitors and 60% to host locals.
As of today construction work has done 58.4% Total
investment requirement was MNT 2.5 billion to construct and establish
the resort at 5 star level. MNT 1.5biliion as equity.
Total MNT 1.1 billion is required to complete the
construction.
