I met all my daily requirements with fats, carbohydrates,


protein, sodium and but my sugar is high sugar
(percents) %. I have also met the daily requirements for
the Canada food guide. I have 6 servings of grains, 7
servings of fruits and vegetables, 5 servings of milk and
alternatives which is a bit high and 2 servings of meat
and alternatives. I believe I have a good food diet
because I meet the expectations for percents and the
CFG but I should cut back 1 serving of milk and
alternatives a day.
How I feel when I eat my daily food diet does get boring. I
do will change my food diet three or four times a month
and eat have a different breakfast, lunch or dinner. I do
have a high sugar intake and I want to change that but I
feel my food diet is good enough to not be changed and
most of my sugar is from processed sugar and natural
sugar is less.
