Notification regarding Annapurna the Institute Canteen

A Home Food Delivery System for Staff Colony residents as well as for people occupying areas in
the Institute building has been introduced.
. Although the terms and conditions to avail the above mentioned facilities will be as under but I
shall be more than happy to incorporate your ideas and suggestions in this regard, for which you

*. To order meals and snacks, the booking timings will be from 8:00 AM every day.
*. Minimum order should be of Rupees 100/- and payment must be made on cash basis at the time
of delivery only.
*. Order for booking timings for parties (viz. Birthdays etc.) should be given at least one day before.
*.The list of edible items to be supplied/delivered are given on website link for canteen along with
the prices of packing and without packing charges.
* Finished food/packed food items the delivery will be given from 30-40 minutes.
*. Freshly prepared food will be delivered after 1 to 2 hours of the order placed.
*. Food delivery timings are fixed as per the following schedule:
Breakfast: 8-10 a.m. (order should be placed before 30 minutes)
Lunch

: 12-2.30 p.m. (order should be placed before 1.30-2 hours)

Dinner : 7:00-8:30 p.m. (order should be placed 1.30-2 hours before)

Orders will be fulfilled only as per the availability of the items demanded.
*. Implementation of token system is also to be started from the coming session.
