Business Purposes on Non- Transferable basis. The listed and issued IT equipments come under the IT asset management policy of the
company and all rules & regulations of the IT asset management policy are applicable on the listed & issued assets.
The upkeep and usability is the sole responsibility of the employee to whom these assets have been issued and should comply with TPL
IT policies. Any loss or damage to these assets by the employee (except normal wear and tear) will be borne in cost and effort by the
employee subject to the policy of the TPL. The user has to ensure that no 3rd party is allowed access to the asset irrespective of any
situation or requirement. User has to also ensure that periodic backup of any critical organizational information / data contained in the
asset is to be done on Central TPL IT infrastructure.
