Teacher Technology Assessment/Survey

This is a survey about your personal use and integration of technology in the classroom (i.e.
computers, CD-ROMs, Internet usage, etc.). Please answer the questions as honestly as you
can. Keep in mind that there is no "right answer, whatever your experience may be is
perfectly acceptable. The information you provide is anonymous and will be kept confidential.
