Drain the accumulated water in the air filter by

opening the drain cock

Confirm that 5kg/cm2 is provided for the air system on

the pressure gauge.
Inspect the air system to confirm that there is no air

leakage
Check the oil level in the air system lubricator and the
4 grease level in the aumatic lubricator and replenish as
required
Check the hidraulic tank from the sight glass
Inspect the automatic lubricator system to confirm that

there is no leakage

and servo motors operate without abnormal noise

Confirm that the five ventilation fans in the control

breaker handle is turned to ON

Confirmed that all punches and dies are firmly

mounted on the turrets
Lubrication the part (use jet oiler); work clamp

Inspect the cables, hoses and pipes for damage and

loose fitting
