Project Objective

Performance appraisal (PA), also referred to as a performance

review, performance evaluation, (career) development discussion.

Employee appraisal is a method by which the job performance of

an employee is documented and evaluated.

The ultimate objective of a performance management process is to

align individual performance with organizational performance.

The PA process should be able to inform employees about the

organization's goals, priorities, and expectations and how well they
are contributing to them.

There is a HOME Page containing three LOGIN Pages:

HOD Login

HRM Login

Employee LOGIN Page

Only Employee can have access to this page.

HOD and HRM can't access this page.

Here Employee can rate himself on the basis of some

parameters by clicking the RATE button.

He can also view his marks given by himself and also

by the HOD of the respected department by clicking the
VIEW button.

He can view his AVERAGE ratings and HIKE in salary.

HOD LOGIN Page

Only HOD(Head Of The Department) can have access

to this page.

Employee and HRM can't access this page.

HOD can rate only the Employees of his department

on the basis of some parameters.

HRM LOGIN Page

Only HRM(Human Resource Manager) can have access to

this page.

Employee and HOD can't access this page.

HRM can select any of the Department and view the

performance of the Employees of the respected Department.

He can see the AVERAGE rating obtained by that Employee.

On the basis of AVERAGE marking he can provide INCENTIVE

to the Employee.

Admin LOGIN Page

Admin can have access to all the other LOGIN Pages.

He can also add additional PARAMETERS to the

dataTable Table.

Future Scope

It is a sub-project only.

If we include it into a company's website we can add

other entities into it.

Here we have used static table for Employee Details.

We can implement in a way to add, update or delete

Employees.
