    He was an Associate justice of the United States Supreme


    Court,.Marshall was the Courts 96th justice and its first African
    American justice.Before becoming a jugde,Marshall was lawyer who
    was best known for his high sucess rate in arguing before the Supreme
    Court and for the victory.

    Once he new that people were
    not treated fairly he started
    working as hard as he could and
    he stated that he wanted to be a
    lawyer.After becoming a lawyer
    he became a judge.

    treated fairly. He is one of the Supreme Courts best judges in the world.
