1) Log into your iObservation account

2) Click on the drop down labeled Observations and

select Saved Drafts
3) Each staff member should have two goal forms: Individual or Team SMART Goals
and Shared Performance Goals.

4) To share, click on the Share button.

*Note Ignore the Select a Location section. This will share your form with all users
at a location if you add one.
5) Type the first name of the person you are sharing with into
the search box and hit return. Click on the Add button to
begin sharing. Repeat this process for all
administrators you are sharing with. Both forms
will be shared with your principal and assistant
principal(s) if applicable or other administrative supervisor who conducts
your summative evaluation.
6) After you have shared with all administrators or supervisors, scroll
down and click on the Save button.
7) Repeat this process for your other goal form.
