TO IDENTIFY THE WATER LEVEL

INDICATOR USING RELAY SWITCH

1. Collect the all required materials.

2. We draw the circuit diagram.
assemble the circuit as shown in
figure.make sure that the
connection are neat and tight.
3. The circuit can be powered of
a (9 to 12V) battery and is very
handy to use.
4.
Here is a simple water level
circuit that will produce an indicator
when the water level reaches a
preset level.
5. When there is water up to the
level of probes,some current will
pass through the water then the
circuit will be complete .
6. When L.E.D.light is blow then light
reched in L.D.R. circuit then the
current is flow in L.D.R. circuit .

7. Then, cut the power by Relay

switch when L.D.R. circuit produce
the magnetic field

RESISTORS
A resistor is an electrical
component that limits or
regulates the flow of
electrical current in an
electronic circuit. Resistors can
also be used to provide a
specific voltage for an active
device such as a transistor.

L.E.D.

Stands for "Light-Emitting Diode."

An LED is an electronic device that
emits light when an electrical current
is passed through it. Early LEDs
produced only red light, but modern
LEDs can produce several different
colors, including red, green, and blue
(RGB) light. Recent advances in LED
technology have made it possible for
LEDs to produce white light as well.
LEDs are commonly used for
indicator lights (such as power on/off
lights) on electronic devices

This circuit is designed to determine the

water level
especially in a water tank.
As the water level increases from the
base of the tank the glowing LED
increases subsequently.
Amount of water present in a water
tank can be easily measured.
Working of Circuit:
When any wire is dipped in water
that wire will be connected to wire N
through water, establishing a
negative voltage across the base of
transistor. Current begins to flow
from collector. In this way, LED
glows.
