Dear Anjana,
My Heartfelt condolences on demise of Prof.Ramanand. I feel the real loss in his
passing away and wish to extend my sympathy to you and your family .We will
always remember Mr. Ramanand as an honest, passionate and humble human being
of great intellect . He was a man with great intellect, compassion and warmth, who
had a significant influence on life of the students and this prestigious institution as a
whole .I have come across very few such people in my life. NIMT lost its great gem.
Mr. Ramanand had personally helped many of our staff and non-staff members
including me. We will be forever indebted to him.
In response to your petition we have tried to check the feasibility of extending the
time of staying in institute accommodation considering it as a rare condition, but as
per the management policy we are unable to allow your request of the extended
period beyond 90 days. But with great regret I have to inform you that we are
unable to fulfill your request of stay extension. As you are fully aware with the
institute policy that the staffs have to vacate their quarters within 90 days of
cessation of their duty. In the past we have received man special requests to
compromise on this policy and extend the stay for more than 90 days. But the
institute had to refuse such requests in order to make them, not a regular future
practice.
We could help you in getting an accommodation outside institute premises within
close proximity of your daughters school with good facilities at nominal rent. The
institution would help you in relocating with minimum hindrance. We will try our
best to make your daughters feel comfortable at the new place and ensure that
their studies are not hampered.
Our relationship has been a long and rewarding one, and we wish to keep it intact.

Yours
Sincerely
Mr. XYZ
Registrar
NIMT.
